Fundraising

The money we earn from our fundraising efforts is contributed to the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation, which supports breast cancer education and awareness, the Komen Race for the Cure Survivor Program, scholarships, educational programming, and leadership development.

Holiday Shopping Open House & Fundraiser:

Thank you to all those who supported our fall fundraiser, our fourth annual Holiday Shopping Extravaganza. We invited all Zetas and the local community, as well as many friends and family members, to attend our Open House, where we featured eleven different home party business representatives selling their products. 10% to 25% of each vendor's sales revenue was donated to our chapter. Proceeds from the event netted over $800 (after expenses). Add this amount to last year's proceeds of over $1300 and our total event proceeds for the last two years was over $2100! Way to go Zetas!

Jewel Shop n Share:

Other fundraising efforts include three Jewel Shop & Share dates during the year. Participants simply shop at Jewel on our assigned dates and turn in a Shop & Share slip when checking out. Our organization receives 5% of the shopping total from Jewel. This fundraiser has encouraged the involvement of all alumnae, even those not active in the alumnae chapter.
